What a nice find!
Thank you Victor!
So much mystery all around us. Natural illusions, things to stop your breath.
Thanks for capturing this one, Mimo
Enjoy your weekend.
Thank you for your lovely words and comment Kathryn!
Gorgeous photo and composition. I love the radial lines created by the reflections!
thank you Boyd!
A striking image.
The depth in this is really striking and intriguing; it seems to go on and on and on…
The reflections coupled with the very wide angle were causing a strange effect indeed! Thank you for your comment!
Gorgeous Mimo! Brilliant shot.
thank you Eden!
That is stunning.
Bewitching photo, Mimo. I had to track it back to Flickr to see it at the largest possible size and admire the details. The combination of strong lines of the trees and the wavering reflections makes for a complex and beautiful image. I can’t stop looking at it!
thank you so much Lynn, the water there was very cloudy and the light was hitting it in a way to cause some very strange reflections.. one of those moments in photography I guess
Mimo, that’s a tremendous, incredible picture, one of the best I’ve seen for a while. Adrian
Adrian, I appreciate your comment so much!

My favorite books and movies

Great shot!
Thank you Jason!
Perfect shot!
great composition
Thank you!
Nice metaphor for looking below the surface of life at the mysteries and ‘magics’. This photo is one that rewards repeated viewings. Is it okay to set it as my home desktop? If so, is there a way to make it expand to fill the screen without pixellating?
Yes, of course it is ok. The settings will depend on your desktop and how it is configured for background. Thanks for asking
Looks like the woods of a fairy tale story — Hansel and Gretel, Little Red Riding Hood, etc. Sinister but magical!
….. wow
